Aleksandra Wierzbowska CEO
An expert in international partnerships, the implementation of new services, and sales chains. Throughout her career, she has supported the development of companies in sectors such as new technologies, medicine, sports, and insurance technology, across areas from accounting and finance to sales, marketing, and customer service. With a holistic view of all areas of business operations, she builds and implements effective strategies for growth.
She graduated from prestigious universities in Warsaw, including the Leon Koźmiński Academy and the Warsaw School of Economics, where she studied finance and accounting. She has also participated in numerous financial analysis and business management courses.
At TUF Software, she is responsible for the company’s finances, business risk assessment, implementing the business strategy, and acquiring external partners.
Wojciech Frączkiewicz Board Member
An expert in sales strategies and business management. With over 20 years of experience in product management, marketing, and sales, he has collaborated with international brands. He co-created teams that developed innovative technological solutions in IT, finance, and medicine. He was also responsible for introducing groundbreaking technologies and services to the Polish market, including new therapy methods that helped thousands of Poles return to health. He holds an MBA degree in Strategic Management from the Higher School of Management in Kraków (The Polish Open University), accredited by Oxford Brookes University.
At TUF Software, he is responsible for planning and executing the company’s strategic direction, coordinating partnerships with commercial partners and business clients.
